We know every persons time is valuable and we try to stay on schedule to the best of our ability. We are enacting a cancellation policy starting immediately.

We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment time. If we do NOT receive 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment through an invoice.

No call no show will be charged 75% of the service that they were scheduled for through an invoice.

If you are 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you will be forfeiting your appointment and will be considered a no call no show. In turn you will be charged the same as a no call no show.

NO EXCEPTIONS will be allowed for any cancellations, no shows, or late arrivals.

We understand that things happen with the day to day of life. We try to be as accommodating and respectful to all of our clients needs and timing for their appointments. We are asking that you try to be respectful with our time and other clients time.

ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE YOU CAN SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.
